• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the application

DLM Media disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall DLM Media be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Application (which is zero, as it is free).

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DLM Media operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
